Ormerod X-idler bracket with belt tensioner

This is a modification of the original RepRapPro Ormerod part, that adds a tensioner screw. It holds an M5 nut (I'm using nyloc), and the bolt then presses the bracket out, to put tension on the belt. It has been extended a bit to have the same area to grip the rod.

The original STL file has some mesh issues, there is a second one (named "2") that is re-exported from a newer Sketchup version which may be a bit better.
