mariusmartin's direct drive extruder

This is thought to be strong and compact. For prusa i2 but soon I will put i3 version. The gear is 11mm as shown in the picture. I had to set the extruder steps to 89.54. For prusa
all_300.stl for 3mm filament.
all_175.stl for 1.75mm filament. (recommended)
