Summary

This is a set of Stabilizers(green parts) for the 12mm Z Bars on a Printrbot plus. I'm not sure if they will work on the LC also or not. They really work great at keeping the Z Bars from moving at all. The Z rods are solid as a rock.

Instructions

I printed mine at 100% infill.
The 12mm rod needs to be a press fit into the hole. If the 12mm hole is too big then you will need to scale it down in your Silcer program a percent or 2. If it's too small you can either scale it up a percent or 2 or file the hole a bit bigger.
I didn't have the exact dimentions for the 6-32 screws but they are close. If they are out of position a bit you will need to enlarge or Dremel the holes out so they fit. The screws will also need to be about 1/4 inch longer.
As you can see my bed is raised. You may need to modify or adjust your Z Stop screw so the bearings or wood pieces don't touch the Stabilizers or raise your bed. I have included the SketchUp file so if you need to you can modify the part.
