Summary

This is a plate for mounting 2 Reprappro Mendel extruders on Enlarged Rostok. The logic of this is one direction freedom for easy tuning/adjustment of alignment on Z, and Y.

Instructions

The heat sinks must be drilled and tapped. I chose to do it on the median line of upper rectangular face of heat sink. I tapped the holes for M3. One extruder is mounted with springs between plate and heat sink through fixed tapped holes. This can be adjusted on Z, and its position is the reference for the other extruder on Y position. The next extruder is mounted through elongated holes with washers between plate and heat sink, and its position is the reference for the other extruder on Z position. There are three screws mounted from the lower face of the plate through, and screwed with M3 nuts, which are used for mounting the plate from underneath to the efector platform.
