Sturdy and stable foldable Phone stand - easy print

This foldable phone stand has the advantage of being extremely sturdy and stable, which makes it perfect for holding even the biggest phones on the market while you watch your favorite videos.
Even when you don't use it it can be easily carried around in bags and purses, as it becomes really small.

I modified the design of Alvinchohun, whom I thank, making it more stable and fix by replacing the hinges with 3x12mm screws (0.118 x 0.47 inch), which corrected the tolerance problems caused by my cheap printer, and the risk of disassemble while carried around. Even the printing process is now faster and easier.

INSTRUCTIONS:

-The Files "Base", "Stand" and "Center" can be printed together even WITHOUT support, and to speed the printing procedure I used up to 0.3mm layer height. Infill density can be 40% or even lower

-The file "Flaps" needs to be printed separately and TWICE (at the same time) because they need some mm of Brim , but can be printed also up to 0.3mm layer height and 40% or less Infill

-At last you just need to screw everything together with 6 3x12mm screws (just be sure that the head isn't too big, otherwise it won't fit, the ones from Standers I got from Leroy Merlin work fine)

-Your phone stand is ready for use
