HALLOWEEN TTGO T-DISPLAY chunk case

Pumpkin case for the TTGO T-Display running my version of the Uncanny eyes sketch modded to display dual symmetrical eyes.

I've converted most of the decent eyes to work ... by swapping out the first ][ in the sketch for each eye with a * , and putting PROGMEM before the =.
