This is a compilation of several process improvements I've had on my UP! printer for a while now, also inspired by JuliaDee's great design too.

Instructions

This should be printed with support, it installs using 2 of the screws holding the sheet metal on, you may need to swap them for longer M3 screws if yours are short.
It incorporates a cooling feed tube for the extruder gear to prevent premelt of the filament and it has a cooling tube mount for blowing across the build plate when using PLA. I use silicon cable ties to hold the tubes in place and a square block of foam with a hole punched through for dust and hair collection.
I have a compressor in the garage supplying compressed air and regulators to adjust pressure to a wisper.
