midtbot 8mm rod edition

I really liked this design https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2587684 all credit to the original designer.

I did not have any 6mm rods laying around but I did have some 8mm rods so I reworked the parts to accept the more common 8mm rods and Nema 17 stepper motors.

I also wanted more support for the pulleys so I reworked the parts so the pulleys are captured on both sides

Unfortunately I can not use the nice controller board from the original. I also at this point have not included endstop mounting as I just added a G92 X0 Y0 to my my start script to zero out before the print. So I just hand position at zero then run the gcode.
