Threadless Ball Screw Z-Axis K8200 3Drag
Based on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:112718 a mount for K8200 or 3drag.
Print this file twice http://www.thingiverse.com/download:247402 and the mount.
I haven't mounted it yet. So it's untested.
For K8200 you need also:
3x Screw M3x35 (to mount the parts together)
3x Nut M3
2x Screw M5x20 (to mount it on K8200/3drag Z-Axis)
1x 8mm hardened shaft. 450mm
2x 8mm fixing Ring (to fix the Shaft in upper bearing of Z-Axis)
For the Threadless Nut itself you need according to http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:112718:
6 x 623 ZZ ball bearings. 3 x10 x 4 mm.
6 x Screw M3x12
6 x flat washer (for giving Space to Bearing)
8 x M3 Nut
2 x M3x20
For all who uses a second Z-Axis on K8200/3drag with this thing http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:311980 I have made the holder/base for the other side. It's actually printing . untested - so no warranty ;-)
I have added a 24 teeth T5 Pulley for 8mm blank shaft. It contains 2 drills for M3 screw/nut fixing. This is also for the 2nd Z-axis as mentioned above.
Edit 25.7.2014:

Result: no Z-wobble
Z-Steps are set to calculated 772,9 - finetuning needed. 15mm results in print 15,59mm
