Instructions

I had an idea for a gift, you can use book cover gift file and change dimensions as you like, being sure vover will fit to the box. Then you have to apply a 3d model to the hole in the middle with a base 2-3mm.
Lithophane customizer, 123d catch or a file adjusted in tinkercad or openscad are good ways to complete your work. I used a dragon but it's only for example.
I printed book cover with Replicator 2 with those specifics:
Infill 0%
Shells 2
Layer height: 0,2
Temperature 205°C
Speed 75
Travel speed 90
For the upper part of 3d model use standard mode with 10% infill
Supports may be needed for cover if you not turn image before printing it
When you're done, a bit of glue nd your gift is rdy.
