y. So _1_6_10_7 is 1:600000000 or one in 60 million.
9P/Tempel
This comet was lost 40 years after its discovery in 1867, and recovered 60 year after that, when it was noticed that
Jupiter changed the orbital period of the comet after a close encounter. It was first visited by the Deep Impact probe, that shot an impactor to the comet to record the offect on it. It was revisited by the Stardust probe in its extended mission after
Wild 2.
