boot shape retainer

Tall boots fall over at the ankle. This ruins boots. Thus, one needs inserts to prevent boots from falling over. This thing is that insert.

Print as much of it as you can. I print with no top or bottom layers, and very sparse infill with few shell layers.

OpenSCAD code included. It's... not my best code. Whatever.
