Anycubic i3 Mega Hemera mount for up to 9mm belts

I made this thing for myself. However, if it helped you out, please consider a donation via http://bit.ly/Bart3d or the TIP DESIGNER button.
An E3D Hemera mount for the Anycubic I3 Mega. This one is more for tinkerers. It doesn't support the Anycubic hub, so you have to do your own wiring like I did or modify the design and add a support for the hub. The mount will fit up to 9mm wide gates belts to compensate for the extra weight of the Hemera.
Some notes:
- this mount replaces all the stock hotend parts, including the plates and bearing mounts.
- you can fit a belt up to 9mm wide (for a 9mm belt, you have to replace the idler and pulley).
- there is no mount for the I3 mega hub connector. I removed the hub and did my own wiring.
- I included the step files for anyone who wants to modify the design.
- it works on my i3 mega with a 9mm Gates belt, 9mm Gates pulley and 9mm Gates idler
- you will lose +/- 1cm build volume on the X axis with the Hemera. It is unevitable, unless a) E3D releases the Hemera with a compact stepper or b) you somehow shift your printsurface to the left or c) you design a compact mount for the x axis linear rods/ idler mount.
Parts needed:
- 4 m3 x 20 bolts (to mount the Hemera)
- 4 m3 x 16 bolts
- 4 m3 x 16 hex nuts
