Nut coupling flange with 24mm open jaw

This part was designed to couple wooden wheels which are fixed on a threaded bar axle using locked nuts. Since the nuts themselves can not properly couple the radial forces between wheel and axle, this part can be pushed sideways over a locked nut and the flange can be fixed to the wheel using screws.
