Anycubic i3 Mega Y belt tensioner for up to 9mm belts

Made this Y belt tensioner for the i3 Mega. It will filt up to 9mm wide GT2 belts. I used 9mm Gates belts. The belt path is perfectly aligned with the pulley and ilder.

Parts needed:

• NOTE: the stock belt is probably too short. So you'll need a new belt to use this tensioner.
• 3 M4x16mm bolts
• 1 M4x 24 to 30mm bolt
• 4 M4 hex nuts
• 2 M3x10mm bolts

The M3 bolts don't thread into anything. They are only used to secure the belt. Wrap the belt around the bolt and then slide into the slots.

Cut any excess belts off. Specially on the front side. There is minimal clearance with the idler when the bed is at max y.
