Microscope Smartphone Adapter (Customisable)

Inspired by Shanos' Universal Phone Microscope Adapter, this is a fully customisable OpenSCAD remake of the original.

The sizes of the vertical and horizontal arms were increased to accommodate the often much larger mobile devices on the market.

Breakaway inner ring allows for use with smaller or larger eyepieces
We modified the inner part of ring by using a little hot melt glue to provide some friction against the eyepiece.

Top part joins tightly using one 80mm M4 bolt and butterfly on each side, but a tighter fit is achieved with two.

Washers provide more even distribution of force from the three sliding clamps.
