Customizable Palm Pen Holder

An attempt to make a parametric version of Makers Making Change's Palm Pen Holder . May run in MakerBot Customizer but even if it does, will be slow. Best run in a local OpenSCAD instance.

MakerBot Customizer does seem to work, but does not allow boolean variables. This is a shame, as the code has an option to flip the inscription text for left handed users.

Uses an M4 x 12 machine screw and an M4 nut to hold the pen in place.

Updated to include more clearance around nut catch and to allow much larger pens.
