Tamiya Tracked Vehicle Chassis Adapted for Dual Gearbox Motor

Well, I guess its time I gave something back. If you buy a Tamiya Tracked Motor Chassis Kit, it comes with a single motor. I also bought a Tamiya Dual Gearbox Motor to independently drive each track... well, the dual gearbox just don't fit! The Balsa Wood chassis supplied is not wide enough for the larger dual motor assembly. So I measured off and designed a new plate. I've included a STEP file so you can cut off the struts if you want, adjust the mounting hole distances if you think I'm off. The struts are for an adapter plate that sits above the motor far enough to clear a thin batter assemblyand will accommodate a 60mm Microtivity prototype board, and on the back, and Arduino Uno. I will upload the adapter plate later. The center boss is intended for a Zitrades dual motor driver to drive the dual gearbox motor. Generated using Pro|E, STL is .017mm chord, .5 angle.
