MPCNC All-In-One-Box

Since the over complex PSU box was way too complicated for little payout, I decided to go back to analog speed control but put everything into one box including the controller.

The wiring is much simpler with the Power going through the emergency stop button and the spindle wires which are non-isolated are separated from the controller board similar to how you are supposed to separate high and low voltage lines.

I opted for a standard RAMPS 1.4 board with the larger display screen. I used B-Cup's design for the screen. At first, I was going to use it directly but then realized it did not match my brutish design so still giving credit since it was a good start.

I did drill an extra hole for a fan and mounted a vent fan after printing, but do not know if it was necessary since I don't drive the motors that high of current so it does not get that hot.

I also stopped using captured nuts and just tap my holes. Works pretty well for non-structural joints like covers.
