7mm 2.5" HDD/SSD Mount for PCEngines APU2

Used in combination with PCEngines case1d2 and apu3c4, though any APU
board should work. To connect the hard disk to the board, you can use
the satacab1, but I do recommend to get a short SATA extension cable
to put in between, as the satacab1 is quite short and rather rigid, so
you may end up putting some stress on the cable and the printed parts.

Note that due to the limited space inside the case1d2, this thing will
only work with 7mm drives, the more common 9.5mm drives most likely
won't fit (or if they do, only under stress to the case, the printed
parts and the APU board).
