Parametric round knitting loom as tube or pipe cap

This remix of @jschrier's French knitting loom adds an optional groove in the bottom, so it can be fitted over a convenient piece of pipe, hollow wooden tubing, etc as a handle.

You'll probably want supports if you enable the groove, though I may later revise it to dome the top of the groove and let it bridge.
