3D PRINTABLE OxyGEN Respirator structure / Re-Design of Protofy project

Hello! Given the circumstance of the lack of respirators and the possible collapse of many hospitals in the face of the sars-covid-19 emergency, I have started to collaborate with this project.

The purpose of this redesign or voluntary intervention is to modify some pieces of this great OxyGEN project (Protofy.xyz) so that they are suitable for printing on home maker style printers at 200x200 maximum bed.

• Some thicknesses and geometries were reduced, and some inserts were generated to divide the large pieces, but in turn generate less printing time.
• Eliminate some parts such as hinges by combining the functions.
• The rest of the mechanical parts and necessary elements are the same of the Original project: https://www.oxygen.protofy.xyz/?lang=es
• I have not had the means and the time yet to test it and if possible validate it.
• I hope that you can contribute this grain of sand and congratulate all those who are trying to help in this difficult moment, as the original creators of this project.

Hola! Ante la circunstancia de la falta de respiradores y el posible colapso de muchos hospitales del mundo frente a la emergencia del sars-covid-19, me he puesto en marcha en colaborar con este proyecto.

El proposito de este rediseño o intervención voluntaria es modificar algunas piezas de este gran proyecto de OxyGEN (Protofy.xyz) para que sean aptas para imprimir en la impresoras estilo maker de hogar en 200x200 máximo de cama.

• Se redujeron algunos espesores y geometrias, y se generaron algunos encastres para divir las piezas grandes, pero a su vez generar menos tiempo de impresion.
• Eliminar la necesidad de algunas piezas como bisagras combinando las funciones.
• El resto de las piezas mecanicas y elementos necesarios son los mismos del proyecto Original: https://www.oxygen.protofy.xyz/?lang=es
• No he tenido los medios y el tiempo aún para probarlo y en lo posible validarlo.
• Espero que pueda contribuir este granito de arena y felicitar a todos los que estan intentando ayudar en este dificil momento, como a los creadores originales de este proyecto.
