Stealth Packer - Chewing Tobacco Packing Tin

The idea for this was told to me by a friend of mine, apparently its a product already produced somewhere in the US and is used heavily by military as well as fire fighters. Being a forest fire fighter myself, I decided to design my own.
It works by emptying a tin of chewing tobacco into the container, then close it and turn the lid onto the base so that the chew will end up packed into a pie shape between the fins. Its main purpose is to pack the chew extremely tight and to do so without loudly and obnoxiously packing it with your finger.
