Sontaran Troops - modular

I found the awesome Battle Brothers files from MattKing and decided they would make great Sontaran soldiers with just a little tweaking. In addition to the weapons from the original files, I added some power fists. Given the Sontarans' short stature, I recommend printing 75%-80%.
