Overview and Background

In this lesson, students will design 3D models to reconstruct simple tangram images. This can be scaled up or down by using different tangram images or units of measure (i.e. requiring conversion of units, etc.). This is designed for students who are in the beginning stages of learning 3D design with TinkerCAD (or similar). This activity will require students to manipulate shapes that are available in TinkerCAD by resizing, rotating, grouping, etc.
