Mesh experiment 3(b), refined spheremesh

Designed for easy printing and improved flex. See instructions for printing. Note that the cups are set for double nozzle diameter thickness and are modified for only one nozzle diameter clearance but 20 degrees angular flex+clearance flex. Each time I re-compile for an extra row and column of elements openscad takes longer than expected, not sure if it's a ray tracing issue?
If you import the most basic element, the grid spacing should be 4 x 3.6
