Skull face mask ear relief saver

Remix of existing mask ear relief to add a nice skull to the middle. Most designs are designed to be generic or to heap praise. I decided to go the more stylish route for my own personal use, and for first responder friends who wear them as a notice to the public that this is a deadly time.
