Thumbwheel for M3 Locknut, Printrbot Simple bed leveling

When I installed the GT2 belt conversion for my Simple 1401 I inverted the bed leveling screws and changed the 20mm for 22mm screws. this put the lock nut on the top and required me to use a wrench to adjust the bed level. I made these thumb wheels so i could turn the locknuts with my fingers. they are thin enough to pass under the fan on the right side and are spaced high enough to pass over the glass i use as my print surface.
Although I designed them to stay in place and I can slide the glass out from under the wheels, I'm concerned that over time the glass will turn the screws slightly as i remove and insert it with each print, so now i just take them all off when I've got the bed level and put them back on when needed.
