TCG deck box with print in place hinge

TCG deck box featuring a print in place hinge for easy assembly.
Box is designed to hold 100+ sleeved cards, accommodates Magic the Gathering cards.

Some features of the box:

• space for 100+ sleeved cards
• internal hinge guards to prevent cards getting chewed up by the hinges
• flaps on cover to prevent cards falling out when deckbox is closed and held upside down

There are a good number of deckboxes available on Thingiverse. I wanted to create a version that takes full advantage of 3D printing, leading to this design which incorporates a hinge that is assembled on printing.

• super glue
• magnetic tape or velcro tape (example of magnetic tape in images)

Assembly:
After supergluing the front (Deckbox w printable hinge front.stl) to the body (Deckbox w printable hinge body.stl), paste magnetic tape as shown in photos.
Between the cover of the body and the front, there is a 2.5 mm thick space to accommodate 2 layers of magnetic tape, assuming tape is ~1 mm thick per layer.
