Modified Core for 3 Bit Life Counter

The dials on the original turned a bit to stiffly for my taste, at least with PLA. I modified the core that they rotate around so that it was 95% of it's original diameter, allowing it to turn a bit better, while keeping the ends of the core the same size as the original so it would interface correctly with the rest of counter.
