NUT JOB | knurled screw head

This work extends the greatly customizable Nut Job OpenSCAD design by adding new option for knurled screw head.

I needed a customized camera screw with long knurled screw head; however, non of existing camera screw designs I found were sufficiently customizable. So I merged two OpenSCAD designs:

• greatly customizable Nut Job
• Customizable camera screw with knurling
