This is the same as http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:232446, but with a separate microswitch bracket to glue on (makes it easier to print) and with the mounting portion redesigned to fit the extrusion profile for greater rigidity and better alignment

Instructions

When I printed the original part I damaged the Z endstop microswitch mount while trying to remove the support material. I decided to file it off and print a separate microswitch bracket to glue on. This worked fine, but the original part has little support behind the mounting screws, and this caused it to bend if the screws are tightened. I reworked the area behind the mounting holes, so that the position of the motor shaft is more reliably close to the original printer mount. I also had to print a small spacer for the z axis microswitch because with the plate vertical wall straight it doesn't match too well with the endstop screw. Probably it would be better to adjust the microswitch bracket to be a little offset from the current position
