Summary

This index will hold a set of 3C collets from 1/16" through 1/2" in 1/64" increments, plus four extra spaces for centers or chucks.

Instructions

This project turned out to be a study in print adhesion since the index is 6" x 8.5" x 1" high. The formula that finally worked was:
1) ultra-flat aluminum build platform
2) AquaNet Extra Super Hold
3) Scotch Pro Painter Grade Masking Tape #2020 ( High Adhesion, Tan) burnish well onto the build plate
4) 2 shells, 230 deg, .2mm layer, speed 80/140 mm/s,(needs to be >5% infill)
If you get a good first put down tight, you should able to print with out significant lifting at the corners.
