Use this object to reveal the warts in your printer, and correct them. It is a single wall design, with very little volume. It should print in less than an hour.

Instructions

Most of us seldom use the full height of our machines, and there be monsters there. This object will reveal issues at all layers. I am currently using it to evaluate the impact M5 threaded rod will have on quality. So far, the results have revealed that there is a very specific point near the top where Z-wobble becomes extreme. I was able to trace the cause to an off center coupling. I printed a replacement, and all but eliminated the issue.
