Hinged Fan Mount Version 2

Upgraded v1 with the following changes:
Changed the hinge on both parts to allow easier screwdriver access for fitting and removing the fixed part.
Changed the fan mount part to have an integral fan guard, this should also strengthen it as it was a little flimsy at the thin edges..
