Summary

After using new Y-carriage, i have new problems: the X-carriage belt bump against the rods. Now i have redesigned the frame vertex again to solve the problem. This is the result.

Not only the motor problem, but also the belt problem is happen in the printer even with first version frame vertex. That is because new Y-carriage is a bit higher and i lost the 100mm printing height. Not great.

Because the limited printing area, i tried to squeezed the whole design inside 190x190 area. Lucky, it fit almost inside. But you cannot use the skirt around the design. You better turn it off for such large print.
With this version 2, you should no have problems with X-carriage belt and you can go a bit higher. If you have low Y-carriage plate, you might have 110 or 120mm printing height.

In first picture, you see darkblue area. This is area where room is needed for the X-carriage belt. Of course the yellow rods are too large, it's just visual check.

I have not printed it out yet, but tomorrow i will print it out and use it on my printer to see if it's a success to make 100mm printheight. (it's now 94mm)
You need print it for both sides, thus 2 pieces. And you need to shorten all 4 rods for it.
