This design might be printed in 5 colours.

The set per semaphore includes seven parts

the base plate
the semaphore’s black elements
the semaphore’s red elements
the semaphore’s yellow elements
the semaphore’s name
a hidden Copyright and
includes the fixing slot closing „slot“-part

Just use your emerging function of your slicer to fit the parts. I’ve checked the printability with Cura and Ideamaker. Seems to be good.

When printing your multi colour sculpture in colour separated steps, take into account your printer’s xy-tolerances and help yourself with some 280s sandings. I’ve not included tolerances for that application in the designs. It should fit in a one print production.

Avoid downscaling below 25%. It might work with a 10% scaling. Be careful with your nozzle diameter because of letter’s width. Printing height is not such important depending on your printing orientation.
