Summary

I did not design this myself. I paid a fiverr designer Asuadesigns (https://www.fiverr.com/asuadesigns?source=order_page_summary_seller_link) to do the designing for me. I took elaborate photos and measurements and had him tweak it to my liking. Once I was satisfied with the result I paid him for his services.
