This is a long print, so leave this as an overnight print or print it when you don't need to print anything.

Supports are mandatory. Rafts are not mandatory but will help the supports stick to the bed. A high infill is recommended.

High resolution settings are recommended but this will work well with standard resolutions settings.

Depending on how powerful your computer is, expect at least an hour to generate supports and another hour to slice the model.

Note: you can also use PVA as the material to generate the supports where you can remove them by dissolving them in water.

Used PDB and Chimera 1.4 to generate this model.
