Starship Stackable Ring Segments

I am not sure this is perfect to scale. My measurements are probably wrong. Please correct me if you know for sure.
Rings are 90mm in width (they are 9m in real life) and 10.83mm tall each (1.83m in real life)

Update: 10-6-2020 Replaced the 4 ring with a fixed version. Removed 3 ring. Added 1 ring.

Work in progress. I will update with more pictures and parts as I have them.

The idea is to create generic stack-able ring segments to construct a model much the same way I see it being built in real live in Youtube videos.
