Summary

My Honda Key fob broke where the screw is so I created a snap on cover to keep everything tight.

My original files have been lost due to a crappy USB key ring but I have attached a SCAD file that can be adjusted to find the perfect radii. The only cut out I put in the file was the top, you can make your own modifications to the cut out. When I get around to this I will use a saw & file till I get the fit right then put the interfering sphere data into a design package so I can make all the corners nicely rounded.

If anyone beats me to finding the perfect sizes post them in the comments for the rest of us.
