Summary

Wiwaxia is a genus of invertebrates from the Cambrian to Ordovician. The affinities are still debated, but evidence for a relationship to mollusks is apparently mounting. I've reconstructed it as living on the sea floor, but it may also have lived on hard surfaces like a modern chiton or limpet, and some studies suggest this.
