pi zero wall mount

Should print upright - large holes on top - with no supports. Should work in just about any material and on any printer.

This is compatible with thing:1972467 and probably other raspberry pi zero 1.3/W/WH cases with through-holes.

After printing, use a M2.5 screw to draw a M2.5 nut into each of the capture holes. Draw them all the way in. Then, mount to the wall. using the large screw holes. Finally, attach your assembled case to the mount, and engage the screws into the captive nuts.

Customization

mountscrew d1 is the diameter of the mounting screw's threaded portion

mountscrew d2 is the diameter of the mounting screw's head

mountscrew h is the height of the mounting screw's head

thickness is the overall thickness of the plate. If thickness is too small, the mounting screw holes and/or the nut holes will not work right. 7mm is the correct thickness to attach the case from 1972467 using 25mm screws

margin is the size of the plate above and beyond the minimum physical dimensions of the raspberry pi zero board. It is applied to all 4 sides, so the length and width of the board will increase by double this amount

mark sets a text mark on the inside of the case. set to 0 to turn off. set to 1 to see the thing ID. set to 2 to see my internal design listing number

rounded corners sets the radius to round the corners. 0 for square corners.
