Failed Pawn Scan

just got my rubicon 3d scanner.
the initial scan looks great.
but after I enter all the values to change it into a useable mesh it goes sideways.
I am sure it's my learning curve and software is still beta.
aside from all that it's easy to see the potential in the proper parts.
