Prusa i3 X Mount for Wade Style Extruder

This is an update of avalero's support bracket that allows installing a Wade/Greg/Keuhling and derivatives extruder to common X carriages on a Prusa i3.

I optimized the geometry a bit, and corrected the spacing of the two mounting holes to fit standard aluminium groove mounts.
