Yello!

Its a TBS module adapter for fs-i6 controller.
Two versions available: one with angled top to fit TBS antenna a bit better.
6 pin header from TBS PCB should be cut (de-soldering is tough due to close smd parts).
Adapter is fixed to the controller with glue(mine) or with screws. TBS module is fixed with 2 original screws.
Printing without support is possible.
Optimized for 0.4mm nozzle.
