Summary

The dell s2719dm monitor is nice, but the mounting mechanism is very limiting. I created this converter to allow it to be easily connected to a vesa panel to be attached to all sorts of mounting mechanisms.
I created both sets of screws for 75 and 100mm, with high infill like i did only one set seems necessary.
