Customizable Stretchy Band

Inspired by Jinja's Battery Holder (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:44499) this customizer makes flexible rings that work a bit like rubber bands. Or you might be able to use it to make bracelets, cookie cutters or whatever you prefer.
