iOptron CEM40 Saddle Knob Extender

An extender for the knobs on the iOptron CEM40 saddles; they are small, metallic, and painful to tighten / untighten. Just pop these on and you're golden.

This is a better design because you don't need any other parts, AND, if your print fails due to stress, the original knob is still there so your scope won't go anywhere.
