screw-in base for Open Source Universal Ball Joint

Modified base for (DieZopfe's Open Source Universal Ball Joint )[https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4739696] with a hole so it can be screwed in to a wall.

Because I only put in one hole the base can spin around itself which might make it hard to screw on the cap. If that happens to you just use some pliers to hold the base in place.
